Grand President'S Message by Michael Rossi November is the month for thanksgiving, a time when we thank our Creator for all He has bestowed on us. Think about what you are thankful for. I am thankful for the members of the ICF. You respond with generous support of our charitable and religious programs. Marcie and I have been attending many Bishop's Days. You are generous with your prayers and financial support in helping our Bishops to train seminarians. The Bishops in turn tell me they are thankful for organizations like the ICF. I am thankful for the leaders of the ICF. These are the members who help our organization flourish by becoming officers, serving on committees, increasing membership, working at fundraisers, donating their time and talent, and doing whatever you do to make the ICF better. Thank you for your service and good luck to you in the coming year. I am thankful that I live in peace. Please pray for those who are still seeking peace, especially those who lost everything in devastating fires and floods, or live in war, or are homeless. Be thankful for what you have, and share your peace with others. I am thankful for my family, my friends, my religion and my health. In the end, that's all that matters. We all give thanks to God by giving back to our church and our communities. ICF members give countless hours of devotion and charity to our fellow man. Focus on all the good the ICF does, and forget about the petty things that divide us. November is a good time to help those in need. We are making a difference.
