NEWS Bollettino Highlights In Touch Calendar Winners

MARGE RAY Marge Ray passed away on October, 4, 2007 at the Alma Via Residential Care facility in South San Francisco. Marge was an amazing, intelligent and energetic woman. A woman who took on many worthy causes during her life and gave her all. She was industrial, had a big heart, loyal, sincere and very generous. She joined Branch #387 St. Juliana in Fullerton 1994 she became a Central Council member in 1999 and those leadership qualities immediately became aware to many. She as Grand Trustee and then served as Grand Secretary for Mike Canady and Leonard Rossi. She chaired the Expansion Committee and served on the Ways and Means Committee, Convention Directors Committee and the Sir Luigi Providenza and Lady Augusta Seminary Fund Committee She designed the beautiful ornaments that have become collectibles at the annual convention. She was especially proud of the 2007 ornament for the Scottsdale convention. She was elected a Life Member of the Central Council in 2006. The bright stars in her life were her son Jim and her precious grandson, Tyler. They meant the world to her. She loved sharing the special little things that Tyler did and the phone calls he made to her. The Federation has lost a valuable member and we feel a keen sense of loss. Jim and Tyler have lost a wonderful mother and grandmother. We offer our condolence and prayers to her family. May her family derive in the knowledge that we share their grief with them.
