ICF Establishes Haitian Earthquake Relief Fund On January 12, 2010 at 4:53pm, a magnitude 7.1 earthquake struck the already impoverished country of Haiti. More than 3 million people have been affected by this natural disaster. The Federation started a relief fund for the people of Haiti. $1,000 has already been donated from the Central Council funds.
